With over 8 years of experience in the animation industry, Annika Bauer is a senior production manager and producer for animated and interactive stories. Working very closely with the animation crew, directors, EPs, technical leads, and clients, she is connecting the dots for a smooth production where everyone can focus on what they’re doing best.
Producing everything from a cat on a skateboard to the Big Bang of the universe starting in the palm of your hand, Annika is passionate about storytelling and has delivered exceptional work across a wide range of media, often recognised by awards.
She is deeply committed to the creative industry, mentoring students from the London Screen Academy and the Animation Institute of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Annika has been trained in the AdGreen workshops, which are focusing on sustainability training, the carbon calculator, and reduction resources for everyone to access in order to accelerate change and reduce the negative environmental impacts of production.
